The outdoor spaces are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquility that the countryside offers and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and some sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The pool is chlorine and has dimensions of 11 x 5 m and a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of grass, decorated with plants and trees, which becomes the perfect place especially for children to run around non-stop. There is a chicken coop with chickens where they will have complete freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the field to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy.

This large three-story house has a large living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to its white tone and its details in blue colors that are reminiscent of the sea. Here you will want to take some time to relax and calm down while watching satellite television. The kitchen follows this same style and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook without problems, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, among other things. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five rooms in total. On this same floor, we find one of them with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower cabin, both with hydromassage. In addition, a toilet with a sink completes this ground floor. Going up the stairs we have the four remaining rooms, which have two single beds each. Three of them have a closet, three have A/C and two offer direct access to a wonderful terrace. Furthermore, for every two rooms there is a shared en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a crib and a high chair for a baby, as well as oil central heating throughout the house for winter stays.

The property is located between Las Salinas and Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you will find a beautiful sandy beach. A couple of kilometers further, you will reach the famous and paradisiacal beach of Es Trenc, ideal for spending the whole day. If you feel like it another day, you can take a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, visit the salt mine where salt is separated from sea water, and eat in a good restaurant, among many other things. This area puts at your disposal all the necessary services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafes and more. And before leaving, it is mandatory to get to know the city of Palma, with its central cobblestone streets full of life and shops, and its legendary cathedral.

De buitenruimtes van de villa zijn bijzonder uitnodigend en ontworpen voor maximale ontspanning en plezier. Het hoogtepunt is het grote zwembad van 11 x 5 meter, met een diepte die varieert van 0,9 tot 1,8 meter. Rondom het zwembad vindt u acht comfortabele ligstoelen om optimaal van de zon te genieten. Voor wie houdt van beweging en spel, biedt de villa uitstekende faciliteiten zoals een tennisbaan en een tafeltennistafel.

Het perceel is volledig omheind, wat zorgt voor absolute privacy voor alle gasten. Met meer dan 200 m² aan gazon, prachtig gedecoreerd met diverse planten en bomen, is er volop ruimte voor kinderen om onbezorgd rond te rennen. Een uniek detail van Casa Bonita is de aanwezigheid van een kippenhok met kippen die vrij rondlopen. Gasten kunnen hier zelf verse eieren verzamelen, wat samen met de diverse fruitbomen op het terrein zorgt voor een authentieke 'van het veld naar de tafel' ervaring. Voor de zomerse avonden is er een ruime veranda, compleet ingericht met een grote tafel, stoelen en comfortabele banken, waardoor het de perfecte plek is voor uitgebreide diners in de open lucht, eventueel gecombineerd met een barbecue.

Binnen beschikt de villa over drie verdiepingen. De sfeer in het huis is fris en licht, met een dominant wit kleurenpalet en blauwe accenten die doen denken aan de nabijgelegen zee. De grote woon- en eetkamer is de centrale plek van het huis, waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen en gebruik kunt maken van de satelliettelevisie. De keuken is in dezelfde stijl ingericht en volledig uitgerust voor elke culinaire wens. U vindt er een keramische kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en een koffiezetapparaat. Voor het praktische gemak is er een aparte wasruimte voorzien van een wasmachine, droger, strijkijzer en strijkplank.

De villa biedt slaapplaatsen voor maximaal 8 personen, verdeeld over vijf slaapkamers. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een ruime slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, airconditioning en een kledingkast. Deze kamer beschikt over een en-suite badkamer die luxe biedt met zowel een bad als een doucheruimte, beide voorzien van hydromassage. Drie van deze kamers hebben een kledingkast en drie zijn uitgerust met airconditioning. Twee van de kamers bieden directe toegang tot een prachtig terras, waardoor u direct bij het ontwaken kunt genieten van de buitenlucht. De badkamerfaciliteiten op deze verdiepingen zijn zo ingericht dat er voor elke twee kamers een gedeelde en-suite badkamer is met een bad. Voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen is de villa extra goed ingericht met de aanwezigheid van een babybedje en een kinderstoel, waardoor een zorgeloos verblijf voor alle generaties wordt gegarandeerd.
