The ground floor, no less cosy, offers a generous 20 m² living room with sofa, dining table for seven, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and an accessible double bedroom, plus a full bathroom with shower, designed for both conviviality and pure entertainment.

The outdoor area is simply stunning, with a patio accessible from the ground floor that extends the invitation to enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors. Furnished with your total comfort in mind, it includes a barbecue and laundry area, ideal for family gatherings.
