This small house by the sea will be your special refuge during your vacation days. Outside you will find yourself in the middle of the countryside, in a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun and relax in the jacuzzi with water at room temperature. Next to the house there is a corner with armchairs and a sofa where you can have a vermouth at midday or contemplate the stars at night. In addition, it includes a Balinese bed for your outdoor enjoyment. At the entrance is the outdoor dining room and next to it the barbecue area to prepare wonderful grilled meats and vegetables. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors in the surrounding area.
Inside you will find a common area that shares the living room, kitchen and dining room and has satellite TV, Wi-Fi and AC. The comfortable sofa converts into a sofa bed. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking on vacation. The house has a single bedroom with a double bed. A full bathroom with a shower serves the entire home.
The house is located in a quiet coastal area, very close to the sea and also to Colonia de Sant Pere, where you will find all the services. The closest beach is s'Estanyol, just 400 meters from the house. It is a natural beach of rocks and gravel frequented by locals. S'Estanyol is an ideal place for hikers with many signposted paths. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
