Surrounded by the mountains of the southern Harz, which rise up to 600 m, in the historic town centre of Ilfeld, you will find our family-run guest house, which was built in half-timbered style around 1800 as the first school in Ilfeld. Our holiday flats are named after the surrounding mountains or rock formations.You stay in the holiday flat "Mönch" for up to 3 persons (approx. 40 m²) on the ground floor. The flat can be reached via 4 steps into the house and is therefore also suitable for older guests. It consists of a living room with flat screen TV, upholstered suite (sleeping area for the third person), wall unit, a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be put together to form a double bed), kitchen with electric cooker, dining table with 3 chairs, fridge, etc. as well as a window for ventilation with a view of our courtyard, bathroom with shower/bathtub, washbasin, WC and a window for ventilation with a view of our courtyard.Internet via our in-house hot-spot is available free of charge.A car park on our enclosed property is available free of charge by arrangement.The beautiful outdoor area with many flowers, sunbathing lawn and outdoor seating invites you to relax, unwind or have a barbecue.

Shopping facilities such as a private butcher's shop with Thuringian specialities and a range of food and drinks for daily needs, bread and rolls from the local bakery and a snack bar for breakfast and lunch (barbecues are always served on Fridays) are just a 2-minute walk away. Stel je een vakantie voor waar de geur van dennenbossen zich vermengt met de frisse berglucht van de Harz. In het charmante dorpje Ilfeld vind je dit gelijkvloerse vakantieappartement, een intieme schuilplaats voor maximaal drie personen. Met een oppervlakte van 40 vierkante meter is het compact, maar bijzonder compleet en sfeervol ingericht. Het appartement is onderdeel van Gästehaus Tröbs en ligt op een royaal perceel van maar liefst 750 vierkante meter, waar de prachtige tuin uitnodigt tot ontspannen uren in de buitenlucht. Hier begint je dag met het fluiten van vogels en eindigt hij onder een heldere sterrenhemel, terwijl je napraat bij de barbecue.

De locatie is een droom voor natuurliefhebbers en rustzoekers. Ilfeld is een idyllisch dorp in de zuidelijke Harz, een regio die bekendstaat om zijn dichte bossen, glooiende heuvels en middeleeuwse stadjes. Vanuit je tijdelijke thuis stap je zo de natuur in voor een stevige wandeling of een uitdagende fietstocht. In de winter verandert het landschap in een sprookjesachtig decor en kun je de langlaufski's onderbinden voor een tocht door de besneeuwde bossen. Voor een dagje aan het water rijd je in een klein kwartiertje naar een van de meren in de omgeving, die op 11 kilometer afstand liggen en perfect zijn voor een verkoelende duik of een ontspannen middag aan de oever.

Het appartement zelf is met zorg en aandacht voor detail ingericht. De woonkamer is een warme plek om samen te komen. Hier vind je een comfortabele zithoek met een televisie en dvd-speler voor een gezellige filmavond. De internetverbinding (DSL) zorgt ervoor dat je, indien nodig, bereikbaar blijft of je favoriete serie kunt streamen. De keuken is verrassend compleet uitgerust en biedt je alle vrijheid om een uitgebreide maaltijd te bereiden. Een oven, koelkast met vriesvak en alle benodigde keukenspullen staan voor je klaar. De eettafel is de ideale plek om samen te genieten van een zelfgemaakt diner, een bordspel te spelen of de plannen voor de volgende dag te maken.

De slaapkamer biedt plaats aan drie personen en is een oase van rust. De bedden zijn voorzien van fris linnengoed, dat bij de prijs is inbegrepen, zodat je je nergens zorgen over hoeft te maken. De badkamer is functioneel en compleet met een douche, wastafel en toilet. Voor een langere vakantie is het een groot pluspunt dat er een wasdroger aanwezig is, zodat je met een lichte koffer kunt reizen. De verwarming zorgt ervoor dat het appartement ook tijdens de koudere maanden aangenaam warm is, waardoor het een perfecte bestemming is voor alle seizoenen.

Buiten wacht je een waar paradijs. De gedeelde tuin is met 750 vierkante meter zeer ruim en biedt volop privacy. Zoek een plekje in de zon met een goed boek, of zoek de schaduw op onder een van de bomen. De barbecue staat klaar voor zwoele zomeravonden waarop je de dag culinair afsluit. Voor je auto is er een overdekte parkeerplaats, een prettige bijkomstigheid die je auto beschermt tegen zowel zomerzon als wintersneeuw. De huisregels dragen bij aan de rustige sfeer: er wordt niet gerookt, huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan en feesten zijn niet op zijn plaats. Het appartement is juist een plek van serene rust, waar gezinnen met kinderen van harte welkom zijn om een onvergetelijke tijd in de natuur te beleven.

De indeling omvat een gezellige woonkamer met zithoek, televisie en dvd-speler, een volledig uitgeruste open keuken met oven, koelkast en vriesvak, en een eethoek. Er is één aparte slaapkamer met bedden voor drie personen. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, wastafel en toilet.

Het appartement beschikt over centrale verwarming. Buiten heeft u toegang tot een grote gedeelde tuin van 750 vierkante meter met barbecue en een overdekte parkeerplaats.
