After an entertaining day at the beach, the private chlorine pool measuring 5 x 2.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep will be waiting for you to cool off and relax. In addition, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The property is fenced and has direct neighbors.
The single-story house offers a simple, modern and cozy style. Upon entering through the main door we find the dining room with AC and sat-TV that is open to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and where we also find the washing machine. The house has 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have a single bed, another has 2 single beds and the last one has a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower. And we can also provide a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.
The house is located very close to one of the most atmospheric areas of Port d'Alcúdia although at the same time on a dead-end street with little traffic. They will have all the necessary services for an independent stay within their reach, such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. And most importantly, the Port d'Alcúdia beach - one of the best on the island - is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can practice water sports, walk along the shore for kilometers or sit and have a drink at one of the beach bars. Don't forget to visit Port d'Alcúdia, Alcudia town and its medieval wall, or Port de Pollença. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. We hebben genoten van onze tijd samen - koken in de keuken en ontspannen bij het uitnodigende zwembad maakten het extra bijzonder.
Het zwembad was precies wat ik nodig had na een lange dag op het strand.
Gezellig huis, prachtig zwembad!
Uitstekende voorzieningen overal, van de keuken tot de ruime woonkamer. Het was hier erg schoon en netjes.
Voor die prijs is dit een prima plek. De kinderen vonden het privézwembad geweldig en wij hebben genoten van het barbecueën buiten. De comfortabele kamers maakten ons verblijf nog aangenamer.
Na een dag vol ontdekkingen heb ik heerlijk ontspannen bij het zwembad. De airconditioning werkte in alle kamers prima, waardoor ik het tijdens mijn soloreis comfortabel had.
Hier krijg je veel waar voor je geld, een mooie barbecueplek en schone toiletten.
Sfeervolle omgeving met alles wat je nodig hebt binnen handbereik. Een eenvoudige maar comfortabele indeling.
De eetruimte was ruim genoeg voor onze groepsmaaltijden. We hebben genoten van het samen koken in de goed uitgeruste keuken.
De nabijgelegen golfbaan was een aangename verrassing. Ik kon een rondje spelen terwijl het gezin van het strand genoot.
