The flat house is located in the centre of the historic old town of Rovinj in the Istria region.A table, garden chairs and sun loungers are available on the two large terraces.The flat is located on the first floor and can accommodate four people. It has two bedrooms with parquet flooring, each with a double bed measuring 180x200cm. The living room with tiled floor consists of a sofa set, a TV and a dining table with chairs. The air conditioning is available here. The kitchen is well equipped with a 2-ring gas hob, small oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine and also has a dining table with chairs.
