The cosy Swedish house is quietly and idyllically situated on a farm in Schwansen, a peninsula between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. You can leave everyday life far behind.In front of the house facing south there is a terrace with garden furniture, two loungers and a parasol. There is a grill area on site that you can share use of.The house of around 90m² has four big rooms. The ground floor has a very well-equipped living room-kitchen with a new built-in kitchen, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove with a ceramic hob and an oven, and a dishwasher. It also a dining table with six chairs, three armchairs by the Danish fireplace stove and satellite TV. The living room has a comfortable additional sofa bed with a Latex mattress (for a potential sixth guest), two armchairs and a second sofa, satellite TV, a stereo system and a table with four chairs. There are two bedrooms in the attic each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with very good mattresses. One bedroom has a third satellite TV, the second bedroom has an additional single bed. Plenty of storage space is available. The bathroom on the ground floor has a big shower.It is about 3km to the Schlei with the idyllic Sieseby and about 12km to the Baltic Sea town of Eckernförde. It is a similar distance to Kappeln, known through the TV series ‘Der Landarzt’.
