The flat has two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and is approx. 70 m² in size and equipped with a modern kitchen including all appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and crockery. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace (with garden view). Telephone, digital satellite TV (LED flat screen incl. Sky TV) and free and unlimited internet access are standard in the flat.
