The outdoor area is perfect for a nice family beach holiday. It offers a large garden with 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols where you can sunbathe by the pool. It measures 10 x 5 meters, has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters and has an outdoor shower. The front terrace is perfect for relaxing on the armchairs. The porch has a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The property is fenced within a residential area with neighbors.

The interior is characterized by spacious and well-equipped spaces for a perfect vacation. The split-level living-dining room offers comfortable sofas for watching satellite TV and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a ceramic hob, and also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Still on the ground floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have 2 single beds. All bedrooms have AC. On this floor there is a second bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available in case you are traveling with your baby.

The Puerto de Pollença area is one of the best destinations on the island of Mallorca. It is a perfect residential area for family vacations with all the essential services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beach bars, etc. The sandy beach is just 270 meters from the property. The promenade exudes charm and beauty. A must-see is Formentor beach and the town of Pollença. If you like to play golf, the course is just 9.2 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
