It is a recently renovated house with exceptional architectural quality, also palpable in its beautiful interior terrace that manages to perfectly integrate a beautiful chlorine pool. Of course a small oasis, 4 m x 2 m and 0.9 to 1.4 m deep, where you can cool off and relax before an exquisite outdoor barbecue. Afterwards, you can enjoy some time in the sun and a good book in the two hammocks.
From here you can directly access the practical and functional kitchen-living-dining room, all in the same air-conditioned space. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, among other appliances, so you can cook at home, and a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge area is ideal for resting, chatting or watching television on the comfortable sofas. There are four bedrooms in total with A/C, three of them with a closet and one with a dressing room. At this same height there are two of them with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire floor. Going up the stairs, they have two others with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of them also offers direct access to a large terrace from where you can contemplate the streets. A radiator completes the equipment.
The house is located in a quiet and central area of Artí, where all public, commercial and gastronomic services are within reach. Golf lovers have several courses nearby, especially Capdepera, 5.1 km away. The beaches are also easily accessible in a short time, such as Cala de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada, 11 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Geweldige locatie! Dicht bij het strand en de golfbanen. We hebben daar tijdens ons verblijf optimaal gebruik van gemaakt. De accommodatie zelf is prachtig en goed onderhouden.
Het zwembad is prachtig geïntegreerd in de binnenplaats. Het voelde als een privé-oase. We brachten er het grootste deel van onze tijd door tijdens de warme middagen.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! De locatie in Artà was perfect om de omgeving te verkennen. De nabijgelegen golfbaan was een leuke bonus voor de golfliefhebbers in onze groep.
De BBQ-plek was een fantastische toevoeging, we hebben genoten van het grillen en eten in de buitenlucht bij het zwembad, het voelde echt als een vakantie-uitje,
Dit huis is perfect voor een familievakantie. De slaapkamers waren ruim en comfortabel, en de woonkamer was gezellig. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad.
